We're John and Kelly, two twentysomethings from Arkansas who have decided, after a lot of prayer, to leave Arkansas and move to Dallas, Texas to attend seminary.
Why? Well, that's really John's story to tell. But let's just say God has been whispering to both of us for over a year, preparing our hearts, and our marriage, for this new opportunity. Here's a little info about the both of us:

John - to be a good follower of Christ, a good husband, and a good father one day. Also, to share well the resources God gives me
Kelly - to be a wonderful mother (someday), wife (always), and Christ-follower (eternally)

Favorite Book of the Bible:
John - Ephesians. It's the book I was reading when I got saved.
Kelly - Ruth. I love the story, how it parallels so beautifully to the relationship between Christ and His bride. And, even though it applies to the relationship between Ruth and Naomi, I love verse 1:16: "Do not urge me to leave you or to return from following you. For where you go I will go, and where you lodge I will lodge. Your people shall be my people, and your God my God."
